Wastewater is Clean Water with Stuff In It

To reduce the “strength” of wastewater, a craft brewery has to control the type and amount of stuff that enters the drain.

Taking control means preventing stuff from entering the drain – during production and when cleaning equipment and floors.

  • Where does this stuff enter the drain?
  • How to keep this stuff out of the drain?
  • What to do with this stuff?
